Return Policy

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:

Louise Dean Design LLC will make every effort to provide you with a quality product.  Nearly everything offered is custom made or produced in small-quantity batches.

Typically, please understand that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our products.  

However, please inspect the product when it is received.  If you find a defect in the craftsmanship of a product, please let us know within 30 days and we will make every effort to provide a non-defective replacement.  If a replacement is not available, Louise Dean Design will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price (refunds do not include shipping costs).

 If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately Louise Dean Design LLC cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please return the item to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Under certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, the following, Louise Dean Design LLC will not allow for a refund or exchange:
(1) Any item not that is not in its original condition; (2) Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or (3) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, Louise Dean Design LLC will contact you regarding the method of refunding your purchase price.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at louise@louisedeandesign.com and send your item to:  Louise Dean Design LLC, 537 NW 40th Street, Oklahoma City, OK USA 73118.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Louise Dean Design LLC, 537 NW 40th Street, Oklahoma City, OK USA 73118.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
